4Drive Qatar operates as a booking platform that connects travelers with independent vehicle providers in Qatar. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
We facilitate reservations between customers and local partner companies. Each booking results in a direct contract between you and the provider listed in your voucher. The provider sets vehicle availability, rates, insurance options, fuel policy, and pickup conditions. We forward your request and payment; the provider confirms and handles fulfillment. We do not own vehicles, act as a lessor, or guarantee inventory.
The advance payment secures your reservation with the partner company. It is non-refundable unless the provider cancels or fails to supply the agreed category. Any on-site deposit requirements are determined by the provider and appear in your voucher. You settle additional charges directly with them at the counter or upon return.
You must hold a valid license recognized in Qatar and meet the minimum age stated by the provider. You agree to provide accurate contact details and travel dates. Misrepresentation or fraudulent information voids the reservation without refund. You are responsible for understanding the provider's insurance coverage, damage waiver options, and liability limits before signing their agreement.
Change or cancellation requests must reach us before the pickup date. The provider's policy in your voucher governs refunds and fees. We relay your request but cannot override partner rules. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the advance.
4Drive Qatar is not liable for vehicle condition, roadside assistance delays, third-party accidents, traffic violations, or disputes arising during the period of use. Claims related to damage, theft, or personal injury fall under the provider's insurance and agreement. We exclude liability for indirect losses, including missed flights or accommodation costs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Qatari courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
